Introduction

s5ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s5ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
You agree to notify s5ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. s5ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and transactions made — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. s5ph is entitled to rely on instructions given through your account without further verification, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. You may update your account information by contacting s5ph customer support.
s5ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the s5ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). s5ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- Digital Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
- Bank Transfer (InstaPay / PESONet): BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
- Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to major banks
Prohibited Payment Methods: Credit cards are not accepted for gambling deposits on s5ph, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted and must not be used to fund your s5ph account.
Deposits are generally credited to your s5ph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. s5ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. s5ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal timelines vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.
s5ph reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request cannot be processed for any reason, including but not limited to failed verification, suspected fraud, or technical issues.
Bonuses & Promotions
s5ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
General bonus terms that apply to all s5ph promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. s5ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

- Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Real Money First: Unless otherwise specified, real money funds in your account are used before bonus funds when placing bets.
s5ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, s5ph's decision shall be final.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games available on the s5ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Bets placed and accepted by the s5ph system are final and binding. s5ph reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
- The bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction or system error.
- The bet was placed after the relevant game round had concluded.
- The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.
- There is reasonable evidence that the outcome of a game was manipulated or that the player exploited a software error or vulnerability.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, s5ph's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. s5ph is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. s5ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by game rules.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing s5ph staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
s5ph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and reported as required by applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
s5ph takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

Intellectual Property
All content on the s5ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of s5ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of s5ph, except as follows:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, s5ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of goodwill or reputation.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
- Any technical malfunction, system failure, or communication line failure.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
s5ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s5ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude s5ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s5ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Privacy & Data
s5ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
- s5ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.
- You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Suspension & Termination
s5ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to pass identity or age verification.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
- A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
- Extended account inactivity, as defined in s5ph's account management policy.
Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your s5ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the s5ph Platform.
s5ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the primary regulatory body for gaming activities in the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Amendments
s5ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the s5ph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
